These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Uncloud: Quit Vaping ("Uncloud", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Uncloud is a personal tool designed to help users track and reduce their vaping habits. The App allows you to log puffs, set goals, monitor your progress, and view statistics. All data is stored locally on your device.
Uncloud is a self-help and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Health milestones and recovery timelines shown in the App are based on published medical research and are for informational purposes only — individual results may vary.
Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions related to vaping or nicotine cessation. You should always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding your health. You use the App and act on its information at your own discretion and risk.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use Uncloud. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their policies.
All data you enter into Uncloud is stored on your device. We do not have access to it and cannot recover it if you delete the App or lose your device. You are responsible for any backups of your device data.
Uncloud includes an optional AI-powered quit-coaching feature ("AI Coach"). By using the AI Coach, you acknowledge and agree that:

All content, design, graphics, and code within Uncloud are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Uncloud is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
